Chuco Property Taxes provides access to neighborhood property tax comparison reports based on publicly available appraisal data. Users may purchase report credits to generate and access these reports.

To use certain features, such as purchasing credits or accessing report history, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

4. Credit Purchases & Usage

Each credit purchased allows access to one unique report. Reports are tied to specific property search queries (e.g., an address and radius). Once a report is accessed, it is stored in your account’s history for future reference without additional charges.

5. Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused or partially used credits. If you believe you were charged in error or encountered a technical issue, please contact us at contact@maritzgo.com and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Accuracy and Availability

We strive to provide accurate and useful property tax comparison data. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. All data is derived from public sources and may be subject to errors, outdated records, or limitations.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with our systems or services. Automated scraping, unauthorized copying, or reselling of data is strictly prohibited.
